These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and WAW88 (hereinafter referred to as "WAW88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the WAW88 platform located at waw88.cam, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

• You must register using accurate, complete, and truthful personal information. Providing false identity information constitutes an immediate and material breach of this Agreement.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of WAW88 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member thereof.

WAW88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

Each eligible individual is permitted to register one (1) account only on the WAW88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse of the Platform.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred password. All information submitted must be accurate, current, and complete. You are obliged to notify WAW88 promptly if any registered information changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. WAW88 will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. In the event of suspected unauthorised access or compromise of your account credentials, you must notify the WAW88 support team immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing withdrawal requests, all members are required to complete identity verification (KYC). Acceptable verification documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), driver's licence, or passport, together with proof of address dated within three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie photograph holding the identity document.

Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. WAW88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

WAW88 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, USDT TRC20, and direct bank transfer. 5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in the name of the WAW88 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier.
• WAW88 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations.

5.2 Declined Deposits

WAW88 reserves the right to decline, reverse, or withhold any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Platform will notify the account holder and may request supporting documentation before processing.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by members whose accounts have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. All withdrawals are denominated and paid in MYR.

6.1 Processing Timelines

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval.
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfers: Typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.
• Direct bank wire transfers: Typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval.

Processing timelines are estimates and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required. WAW88 does not guarantee exact processing times.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• WAW88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets not registered to the account holder, or payment methods not previously used for deposits will not be processed.
• WAW88 does not charge withdrawal fees; network fees for cryptocurrency withdrawals are borne by the recipient.

WAW88 offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP tier rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives to eligible members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (where applicable to sports bonuses) are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• A member may only claim each promotional offer once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• WAW88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through multi-accounting, fraudulent play, or exploitation of software errors will be forfeited, and the account may be suspended.

• Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses over a defined period and credited according to VIP tier as set out in the loyalty programme terms.

All games available on the WAW88 platform operate in accordance with the rules published within each game interface. 8.1 Game Outcomes

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

• Any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from interruption of Platform services.

WAW88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12.1 Platform Availability

WAW88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. WAW88 will endeavour to minimise disruption and provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

WAW88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity involving the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or legal obligation requiring account closure.
• Discovery that the account holder is or has become ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to suspected fraud or serious Terms breach, WAW88 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, any associated funds may be forfeited.

13.1 Voluntary Closure

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the WAW88 support team at [email protected]. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

In the event of any dispute arising between a member and WAW88 regarding the Platform, its services, or these Terms, the following procedure shall apply:

3. Game Outcome Disputes: Disputes relating to the outcome of individual game rounds must be raised within seven (7) days of the outcome in question. Game logs maintained by WAW88 shall be considered the definitive record of game outcomes.

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which WAW88 is licensed to operate. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory local consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.
